| Big Dance was great!!! I'm so glad that Richard Powers made it mandatory and that I had to go as a result. I couldn't resist but to stay longer and longer and longer... The music and setting was good, everyone's spirit was high, Vienna Tang's performance was touching, and the Scottish group dances were just excellent! I'm glad so many of you were also able to make it to the event and hopefully everyone enjoyed it as much as I had. Glen and Serene, hang in there till 6am! | | |

| I went to karaoke today with some old friends at Richmond...it was a pretty decent place, with all the songs played automatically (no DJ). And speaking of fully computerized system, I believe LA has only one place that has it, which probably opened not too long ago either, so I was impressed that they are way ahead of the technology here in terms of karaoke system. I must say that I really like and enjoy the experience of a fully computerized system...they are so much faster than the DJ....there is essentially no wait time at all in between songs...and if you are good with their screen song selection, its very easy and fast to find the songs you want to sing. Now I don't know if I'll ever want to go back to old DJed karaoke places anymore...
